This patchwork lap quilt came out of a personal necessity. I do a lot of work on my laptop, I do alot of reading as well and wanted a space that I could create at any time. So I got to work and created a lap quilt for myself. I loved it so much I decided to make more.
This is a perfect way to carve out space for yourself, set the tone when you are working or just having a day reading and eating ice cream. All is good here.
I used 4 rows of 5” squares, sewed them all up, and attached them to batting and a back liner made of 100% Cotton material.
I guess this would be considered a mini quilt, I just think that Patchwork Lap Quilt sounds lovely…
Measurements: 21.5” wide 18” height. Lightweight and beautiful to look at. It’s so hard not keeping everything I make but who would pay for my food? hahaha
